WorkAdvance Findlay is a bridge for local individuals seeking to build a better future through local manufacturers. Supported by an impressive network of community organizations and dedicated manufacturing partners, WorkAdvance Findlay stands out for its commitment to individual empowerment.
Empowering Success Stories
Over the past year, WorkAdvance Findlay has celebrated remarkable achievements. 35 program participants have successfully completed the training and some have gone above and beyond to earn their Certified Manufacturing Associate certificate. These accomplishments serve as a testament to the program's efficacy in preparing individuals for the workforce.
The impact doesn’t end with certification; it extends to meaningful employment opportunities. Nearly all program participants who graduated have been offered jobs by WorkAdvance Findlay's good-job manufacturing partners. These partners, including Rowmark, Hitachi, and Simona PMC among others, recognize the value that WorkAdvance graduates bring to their operations—reliable skills and a dedication to growth.

Additionally, one of the most importat safegaurds is the programs continued commitment to career coaching. The program does not end on graduation day. Each graduating participant receives further career coaching for up to one year so our job placement rate continues upward and onward.
